Years ago I would have told people to only get Bertram if you cannot stick to a data cap that cellular and satellite internet have. I worked for a company Bertram bought and knew a lot of the customers that went with Bertram. I have been a Bertram customer for 4-5 years now. A few days ago I called in and spoke with Chris to try and figure out some issues I was having with my internet. He was able to change the signal, and since then, my internet has been perfect!! So I would just like to say thank you to Chris for helping me out and fixing the connection issue that I was having! I have had 0 issues since then.

We moved to the area 7 yrs ago and kind of lived off the beaten path. My wife worked from home so we needed internet service. Couldn't have been happier going with Bertram. 7 years no issues. My wife worked from home, 3 teenagers on devices, streaming, and gaming! When we sold our house we seamlessly transferred the service to the new buyers, but we're inadvertently billed an extra month. Everyone makes mistakes, but Sarah was fabulous in her customer service and made sure the situation was taken care of. Great service and we experienced even greater customer service!
